29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees shall be provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.    a) Northwest Corner of the Building - Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment. An electricians helper was observed without using eye or face protection  while operating an electric jack hammer to break up an existing concrete duct bank exposing him to a potential eye injury.
