29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1):     Each circular crosscut table saw shall be guarded by a hood which shall meet all the requirements of paragraph (c)(1) of this section for hoods for circular ripsaws.        (a)    Shady Lane Apartments - On or about September 13, 2012 two employees were exposed to amputation hazards while using a Ryobi 10 inch table saw with no hood or blade guard attached. The table saw did not have an upper hood guard to protect employees from the saw blade, flying debris and saw dust.
