29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1):     Each circular crosscut table saw shall be guarded by a hood which shall meet all the requirements of paragraph (c)(1) of this section for hoods for circular ripsaws.        (a)    Shady Lane Apartments - On or about September 13, 2012 two employees were exposed to amputation hazards while using a Ryobi 10 inch table saw with no hood or blade guard attached. The table saw did not have an upper hood guard to protect employees from the saw blade, flying debris and saw dust.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1):     Employers shall provide employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment, and whenever a new physical or health hazard the employees have not previously been trained about is introduced into their work area. Information and training may be designed to cover categories of hazards (e.g., flammability, carcinogenicity) or specific chemicals. Chemical-specific information must always be available through labels and material safety data sheets.          (a) Shady Lane Apartments - On or about September 13, 2012 the employer did not have a Hazardous Communication Program.  Employees used 2 chemicals Free flow and Green Gobbler.
