29 CFR 1910.147(c)(5)(ii):     Lockout devices and tagout devices were utilized for other purposes than controlling energy:  (a) Location - Packing:  On or about 9/26/12, lockout devices were used on the Kwik Lock machine to prevent sanitation employees from disconnecting the cords and disrupting the computer program.
