29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and fuardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.  Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system.      a) On or about 10-04-2012, on roof top of building 942, no fall protection equipment was provided for employees applying metal coping on the edge of the flat roof ledge. Employees were exposed to 12 foot fall hazard.      Tip Top Roofing Company, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection #313881534, Citation #1, Item #1, and was affirmed as a final order on 04-08-2011, with respect to a workplace located at 1601 S. Atlantic Ave, Daytona Beach, FL 32118.
