29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1):     Open-sided floor(s) or platform(s) 4 feet or more above the adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded by standard railings (or the equivalent as specified in 29 CFR 1910.23(e)(3)(i) through (v)), on all open sides:    a/WareStaff New Jersey, LLC./1000 Riverside Dr., Keasbey, NJ 08832/Loading dock # 69 and 70: Employees were not protected from falling. Including, but not limited to:    1/A fall hazard of approx. 4'3.5" is created by open loading dock doors.   2/A fall hazard of approx. 4'3.5" is created when tractor trailers are removed from loading docks.     Condition observed on/or about 10/02/12.
