29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2):     Employees were exposed to an airborne concentration of Carbon Monoxide listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8 hour Time Weighted Average concentration of 50 ppm.    7 Wilton Hills, Wilton CT.: On or about 10/01/2012, two employees who were using a Stihl gasoline powered saw in the basement of this residence to cut into the concrete foundation were exposed to carbon monoxide levels such that one employee's 8-hr time weighted average value was calculated to be 101.7 ppm while the second employee's 8-hr TWA value was determined to be 91.3 ppm by OSHA's Salt Lake Technical Center.
