On or about October 10, 2012, at 701 N. Houston Road, Warner Robins, Georgia:    Four employees framing a convenience store addition were exposed to a fall hazard that ranged from 14.6-feet to 15-feet when they did not use fall protection.

Houston Road, Warner Robins, Georgia:    Four employees framing a convenince store addition were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 13.2-feet when the employees used an aluminum ladder that did not extend three feet above the landing.
