29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which at included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): (Construction Reference: 1926.59)    Location: 77 Locust Hill Ave. Yonkers, NY 10701    a)  Employees use hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to Laticrete ( mineral spirits and ethylene glycol).  The employer did not develop a written hazard communication program; on or about 10/3/12.    NOTE: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in  accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
