29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(i):     The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)    (a) On or about October 5, 2012, at the Ford Motor company stamping plant construction site located at 2401 Plumber Road, Liberty, MO, plumbers and pipefitters used a threading machine stenciled with the numbers 5301.     (1)  A water bottle located at the machine contained a dark viscous liquid and was not labeled with the identity of the contents. The bottle was believed to contain Ridgid Premium Dark Thread Cutting Oil and posed an ingestion hazard.    (2)   A Lemon Lime Powerade Zero sports drink bottle located at the machine contained a dark viscous liquid and was not labeled with the proper identity of the contents. The bottle was believed to contain Ridgid Premium Dark Thread Cutting Oil and posed an ingestion hazard.    Abated during inspection. Abatement certification for this violation is not required.
