29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):     The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s)    a) 1361 Woodlane Rd: As the controlling employer at a construction jobsite, Sharbell Development Corp. did not initiate frequent and regular inspections by a competent person.  As such a worker framing a multifamily town house was exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 30ft with no means of fall protection.  Observed on or about 10/16/12.    NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
