29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:      a)  Roof of building - As the Controlling Employer you did not ensure that the person performing carpentry work on the roof of the two story building was using the personal fall protection system provided, or was protected from a fall to the ground below by means of a guardrail system or safety net system.       b)  Stairway opening on second floor - As the Controlling Employer you did not ensure that a guardrail was installed at the two unprotected edges of the floor opening.
