WORKSHOP: The employer did not ensure through providing annual medical evaluations that the employees, required to wear the half and full facepiece cartridge respirators and filtering facepieces during the tasks, such as (but not limited to) spray painting, grinding and sanding were physically capable to wear respirators without any complications.
