29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(E): Lamps used in temporary wiring for general illumination were not protected from accidental contact or breakage: a) Hilton Hotel - 5 Watson Road, Preston, CT. - First, Second, Third and Fourth floors had bulb guards and bulbs missing on temporary lighting system which exposed employees to electrical shock and burn hazards.

29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: a) Hilton Garden Inn, 5 Watson Road - Employees were exposed to electrical burn and shock hazard from temporary lighting systems that had missing bulb exposing metal socket and broken energized bulbs located near metal stair railing.

29 CFR 1926.1052(b)(1): Foot traffic was not prohibited on stairways where the treads and/or landings of pan stairs were to be filled in with concrete or other material at a later date and stairs were not temporarily fitted with wood or other solid material at least to the top edge of each pan. South Side Stairway - On or about 10-17-12 - Employees were observed using open pan metal stairway to access floors 1 through 4 of the building, that were not filled exposing employees to trip and fall hazards.
