29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person:    a) Worksite: On or about 10/16/2012 at the Charleston Air Force Base Flight Line, Charleston, S.C., site inspections were not being performed on a frequent or regular basis ensuring safety and health hazards were identified and corrected in a timely manner.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED
