29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):     One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    Shop - In the following instances machine guarding was not provided:    a)     The Delta Drill Press was not equipped with a chuck guard to protect the operator from the rotating part.   b)     The Peck, Stout, Wilcox Co. electric roller's foot pedal was not guarded against accidental contact nor was an      emergency stop wire located along the length of the machine to protect the operator from the ingoing nip point.  c)      The Pexto rollers were not equipped with an emergency stop cord.  d)     The Chicago press brake's foot petal was not guarded against accidental contact to protect the operator from the  point of operation.
