29 CFR 1910.1096(d)(2):     Every employer shall supply appropriate personnel monitoring equipment, such as film badges, pocket chambers, pocket dosimeters, or film rings, and shall require the use of such equipment by:    a.  At the work site, employees positioned, held and/or took xrays of animals during treatment(s).  The employer did not provide all employees with radiation dose monitoring equipment for use while working in the xray area.

29 CFR 1904.4(a):     Basic requirement. Each employer required by this Part to keep records of fatalities, injuries, and illnesses must record each fatality, injury and illness that:    a.  At the work site, employees worked as veterinarians, veterinary assistants, veterinary technicians, and receptionists. The employer did not keep any OSHA 300 Log of Employee Illnesses and Injuries.
