29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):     Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    (a) On or before October 4th, 2012 employees were exposed to fall hazards while completing interior framing of an apartment building located at 211 S. Market Street in Springfield, Missouri. No fall protection was provided to employees and no guard rails were constructed to protect employees working in the area.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1):     Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail and one stair rail system along each unprotected side or edge:      (a) On October 4th, 2012 employees of Form and Function and employees of Complete Home Renovations, a contractor of Form and Function, were exposed to fall hazards when no guarding was provided along multiple stairways during the construction of a loft-style apartment complex.
