29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about October 23, 2012, at the northeast and southeast side of a house, employees installing a waterproofing material to the sides of a house were not wearing hard hats while working below employees on the roof and on ladders, exposing themselves to the hazard of being struck by falling debris.
