OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):     The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees    a) At the jobsite, an employee in the process of tree trimming activities was being raised and transported with a TCM E806 front end loader, observed on or about 10/23/2012.    Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is to comply with the Construction Industry Manufacturers Association Wheel Tractor/Loader Safety Manual for Operating and Maintenance Personnel which states, " never use a bucket or blade for a work platform or personnel carrier."
