This violation was observed on or about August 29, 2012.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level: a) 5 School Rd, Wilmington, DE The employees were not protected from falling to a lower level when working on a fabricated frame scaffold which was also supporting a pick, which was being used as a working level, attached to a ladder jack (see photo). The employees were approximately 13 feet above the ground and not using a PFAS on the scaffolding.This exposed the employees to a fall hazard. This violation was observed on or about October 11, 2012.
