29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment used to support scaffold platforms were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use:    This violation most recently occurred on October 24, 2012, at the construction site located at 1731 South Buckner, Dallas, Texas 75217; where at least one employee was exposed to fall hazards while working from a scaffold plank that was connected to the forks of a Case 586E forklift without the use of a personal fall arrest system or guardrail system.
