The cover shall be securely held in place to prevent tools or materials from falling through.    a)  The platform between Kiln #1 and #2, on or about October 26, 2012, the floor opening between the  platform and side walls of  the kiln were not guarded.  There were openings on both sides of the platform ranging from 9 inches to13 inches wide between the Kiln side walls and the platform, exposing employees to the hazard of stepping into floor openings.            ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED

ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED
