29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:      JOB SITE: 423 Briarwood Lane, Wentzville, MO 63385, at this work site, worker were observed on top of the residential 6:12 pitch roof, actively installing new roof shingles, operating pneumatic nail guns without any form of eye or face protection.  The workers were exposed to a struck-by hazard.
