29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):  The employer did not develop, implement and maintain at the workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g) and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, material safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met:    a)  At the facility, on or about October 26, 2012 - The employer did not have a written hazard communication program.  Employees use Trim Sol as a coolant and lubricant in metal removal processes.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8):  The employer did not ensure that Safety Data Sheets were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s):    a)  At the facility, on or about October 26, 2012 - The employer used electronic access as an integral part of accessing the safety data sheet for Trim Sol.  The employer did not have an adequate back-up system to address emergency situations.  Employees use Trim Sol as a coolant and lubricant in metal removal processes.
