1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).    On or about 10/23/2012 at 5705 Swift Creek Court, Suwanee, GA: An employee was exposed to a fall hazard. While working in the valley on the roof, the employee was caulking along the siding and exposed to a fall of approximately 13 feet to the lower level.

On or about 10/23/2013 at 5705 Swift Creek Court, Suwanee, GA: An employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 12 feet to the lower level when using a 6-foot step ladder in the closed position as an extension ladder while working from an elevated position.
