29 CFR 1926.1060(a)(1)(iii):The employer did not ensure that each employee was trained in the proper use and placement of ladders: (a)211 Charlton Rd Sturbridge, MA: On or about October 11, 2012, the employer had not trained their employee on the proper use of a ladder which was evidenced by both the lack of having completed the company training program for ladders prior to this inspection, and the field application observed demonstrating the lack of knowledge regarding the proper use of a ladder.
