On 10/04/2012, the workers repairing the roof at the resedential building were not wearing eye protection while using pnuematic nailers.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     On or about 10/04/2012, employees engaged in roofing construction on a residential building were not protected from falling.    No other means of fall protection was utilized.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):     The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.    On or about 10/04/2012, workers engaged on roofing work on a residential building located at 1000 Towerbridge Place, St. Charles, MO were not given training on fall protection.
