29 CFR 1926.1101(o)(3)  The competent person did not make frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, in order to perform the duties set out below in paragraph (o)(3)(i) and (ii) of this section. For Class I jobs, on-site inspections shall be made at least once during each work shift, and at any time at employee request. For Class II, III, and IV jobs, on-site inspections shall be made at intervals sufficient to assess whether conditions have changed, and at any reasonable time at employee request.    On October 29, 2012, a building located at 120 Courchesne in El Paso was found to have asbestos containing floor tile debris throughout the area after abatement activities had been completed.  Employees were responsible to remove asbestos containing floor tile from the property, but asbestos containing tile and debris remained after abatement.
