Jupiter Road, Allen, Texas; at the rear of the building, on a tubular welded frame scaffold, employees standing on non-fully planked platforms were exposed to a fall hazard.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level: On October 26, 2012, at an establishment located at 706 S. Jupiter Road, Allen, Texas; at the rear of the building, employees working from a tubular welded frame scaffold were exposed to a fall hazard. The scaffold was not provided with guardrails and the employees did not wear personal fall protection.

Jupiter Road, Allen, Texas; at the rear of the building, on a 7x2 tubular welded frame scaffold, employees climbing cross-braces and end frames were exposed to a fall hazard.
