29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  At the time of the inspection employees were performing roofing operations on the front side of the administration building on a roof with a 10/12 pitch and they were not utilizing any type of fall protection. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately eight (8) feet eave to ground.
