29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a. On or about October 31, 2012, two employees installing felt paper on a 10:12 pitch roof were not protected from falling 9 feet by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system or any other type fall protection method.    Abatement Certification and Documentation are not required
