29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  (a)  Worksite located at 110 East 10th Street, NKC, MO.  EE observed sitting on top of roof truss w/no fall protection of any sort.

29 CFR 1926.1051(a): A stairway or ladder shall be provided at all personnel points of access where there is a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, and no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided:  (a)  Worksite located at 110 East 10th Street, NKC, MO.  An EE climbed down from sitting on top of a beam approximatelly 12 feet in height to a scaffold approximately 6 feet below the beam.
