Under section 17(c) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 and 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): The employer did not provide employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment, and whenever a new physical or health hazard the employees had not previously been trained about was introduced into their work area         a.  750 Hurricane Shoals Road, NE. (Shop Area) - Employee were exposed to chemical hazard.  The employer did not provide employee training on the hazardous chemicals used at the jobsite.  An employee was using various chemicals such as, but not limited to paint, solvents, lacquer thinner and paint thinner for minor painting of the trailers, on or about 11/5/2012.    SEMI-TRAILER BIG BOX WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 315739672 , CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 3E, ISSUED ON JANUARY 30, 2012.
