Audiometric testing had not been conducted, on or about 10/30/12. b) Exclusive Services & Pallet Co., Inc. - An employee operating the denailer was exposed to noise levels of 98.4 dBA, exceeding the action level of 85 dBA. Audiometric testing had not been conducted, on or about 10/30/12. c) Exclusive Services & Pallet Co., Inc. - An employee repairing wood pallets was exposed to noise levels of 97.1 dBA, exceeding the action level of 85 dBA. Audiometric testing had not been conducted, on or about 10/30/12. d) Exclusive Services & Pallet Co., Inc. - An employee repairing wood pallets was exposed to noise levels of 94.3 dBA, exceeding the action level of 85 dBA.
