29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs,  debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures:    On November 1, 2012, at a jobsite located at 3620 Curbstone Way, Plano, Texas; the employer did not clear debris from the building walking areas. Employees walking around the 1st floor areas were exposed to scrap lumber with protruding nails.
