29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Scaffold platforms and walkways were not at least 18 inches wide: a) At Garrison Ridge Subdivision Lot 25 West Side: On or about November 6, 2012, and at times prior; the employer exposed his employees to fall hazards in that he did not ensure a homemade wooden scaffold had an adequate walking / working surface of at least 18 inches in width exposing his employees to falls of 15 feet to the ground below. b) At Garrison Ridge Subdivision Lot 25 North side: On or about November 6, 2012, and at times prior; the employer exposed his employees to fall hazards in that he did not ensure a homemade wooden scaffold had an adequate walking / working surface of at least 18 inches in width exposing his employees to falls of 9 feet to the ground below.
