DYNAMIC RECYCLING INC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD-29 CFR 1910.1025(l)(1)(i), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION 315466441 CITATION NUMBER 2 ITEM NUMBER 3 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS FINAL ORDER ON SEPTEMBER 15, 2011, WITH RESPECT TO THE WORKPLACE LOCATED AT LA CROSSE, WISCONSIN, 54603.
