29 CFR 1910.38(f)(1): The employer did not review the emergency action plan with each employee covered by the plan:    Back Warehouse and Retail Space: Not all workers were trained that there was a 15 second delay for emegency exit doors to open and that these exit doors would  immediately open only when the fire alarm was activated.
