29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employees ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace:    Fort Bragg, H 6655 Sapper Street: On or about November 2, 2012, the employer did not provide the medical evaluation to employees required to wear a half-mask elastomeric respirator to protect against the hazards of dust and painting.

29 CFR 1910.134(k)(1): The employer shall ensure that each employee can demonstrate knowledge of why the respirator is necessary and how improper fit, usage, or maintenance can compromise the protective effect of the respirator.    Employer did not ensure employees were trained on respiratory hazards, proper use, limitations and maintenance.
