29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure.    a-357 Chestnut Ridge Road, Saddle River NJ: An employee was observed exposed to fall hazards of 18ft while engaged in roofing work on a 10 on 12 pitched roof in which the employees personal fall arrest harness was not secured via a lanyard. Condition noted on or about 10/27/2012.    Jireh Home Improvements was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 314680760, Citation # 1, Item # 3, issued on 1/05/2012 to a workplace located at 283 Tortoise Road, Franklin Lakes NJ 07417. The citation became a final order on 07/18/2012
