29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):     One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    On or about November 7, 2012 and times prior thereto, employees of Hydradyne Hydraulics, LLC used a DeWalt chop saw to cut hydraulic hose during the construction of Rig #33 located at or near latitude coordinate 35.275120 and longitude coordinate -92.752799.  The adjustable guard for the chop saw had been removed and was used by employee while unguarded, exposing them to the point of operation.
