29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):     (a) For employees exposed to an approximate 20-foot fall hazard while shingling a residential home with a 5:12 pitch roof located at 42nd Avenue West and Ninth Street West in West Fargo, North Dakota.
