29 CFR 1910.244(a)(2)(iii): Employer did not ensure loads were cribbed, blocked or otherwise secured immediately after being raised with a jack: On or about November 8, 2012, and at times prior thereto, at the work site located at 1909 S. E. 3rd Street, Amarillo, Texas 79104, for the benefit of employees working under loads supported by Central Air over Hydraulic and MAC 2C brand bottle jacks, the employer failed to ensure that at all points in time blocking was provided and was sufficient strength to support the weight of the tractor trailers in case of jack failure.
