29 CFR 1926.100(a):     Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets.    (a). Worksite located at 1601 Dover Ct., Liberty, Missouri- Employees were observed working and walking underneath elevated employees who had materials and equipment that could be dropped on the employees working below who were not wearing any means of head protection.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1):     Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level shall be protected from falling to that lower level. Paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (vii) of this section establish the types of fall protection to be provided to the employees on each type of scaffold.     (a). Worksite located at 1601 Dover Ct., Liberty, Missouri- An employee was exposed to a fall hazard while working on a ladder-jack scaffold without the use of any means of fall protection.
