29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):     Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by rotating parts.    The following machines located in the machining area were not equipped with guarding of the rotating chucks:    (a) LeBlond Regal lathe # 9  s/n 11C-1154  (b) LeBlond Regal lathe # 10 s/n 11C-140  (c) LeBlond Regal lathe # 11 s/n 12C-1216  (d) Mazak Lathe # 12    Northeast Missouri Machine and Pattern Company Inc  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.212(a) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311732812, Citation number 1,   Item 3, and was affirmed as a final order on March 26, 2008 with respect to a workplace located at 715 S Spring Street, Palmyra, MO 63461.    Abatement verification is required for this violation.  The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citation(s).
