29 CFR 1910.36(b)(1): Employer does not meet the minimum of at least two exit routes in the Cashiers' area that must be available in a workplace to permit prompt evacuation of employees and other building occupants during an emergency.  The current single emergency exit route does not meet the Life Safety Code 39.2.4.2 incorporated by reference since the exit does not discharge directly to the outside at the level of exit discharge for the building.   Cashier's Area: On or about and times prior thereto November 14, 2012 Melek Corporation located at 306 E. Paisano Dr. El Paso TX. 79901, has not provided sufficient emergency exit doors to permit employees in the Cashier's area a prompt evacuation of the area during an emergency.  This condition expose employees to entrapment in case of fire.

Emergency exits: On or about November 14, 2012 and times prior, Melek Corporation located at 306 E. Paisano Dr. El Paso TX. 79901, has not identified clearly their emergency exits by using signs that reads "EXIT".  These hazard conditions expose employees to jobsite evacuation delays that can lead to entrapment in the building in case of fire.
