29 CFR 1926.102(a)(2): Eye and face protective equipment being used did not used meet the requirements specified in Z 87.1-1968: a) Next to GC job trailer: On November 7, 2012, and times prior thereto, employees were using prescription glasses without shields that did not meet the ANSI protective eyewear standard while cutting plastic data cable inserts with an angle grinder. Note: Abatement certification is required for this item.
