29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1): The employer shall establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided in this paragraph by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels. Employee #1- An employee grading lumber near the planer saw, exposed to noise levels at 180.6% of the permissible daily noise dose (8-hour time weighted average sound level of 85 decibels) or an equivalent sound level of 94.27 dBA during the sampling period on November 28, 2012, was not provided an audiometric test. Employee #2- An employee loading lumber, exposed to noise levels at 94.55% of the permissible daily noise dose (8-hour time weighted average sound level of 85 decibels) or an equivalent sound level of 89.6 dBA during the sampling period on November 28, 2012, was not provided an audiometric test. Employee #3- An employee loading lumber, exposed to noise levels at 148.8% of the permissible daily noise dose (8-hour time weighted average sound level of 85 decibels) or an equivalent sound level of 92.87 dBA during the sampling period on November 28, 2012, was not provided an audiometric test. Employee #4- An employee loading lumber, exposed to noise levels at 89.3% of the permissible daily noise dose (8-hour time weighted average sound level of 85 decibels) or an equivalent sound level of 89.18 dBA during the sampling period on November 28, 2012, was not provided an audiometric test.
