29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1):     Employers shall provide employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment, and whenever a new physical or health hazard the employees have not previously been trained about is introduced into their work area. Information and training may be designed to cover categories of hazards (e.g., flammability, carcinogenicity) or specific chemicals. Chemical-specific information must always be available through labels and material safety data sheets.    a. At the jobsite, employees were not informed on the procedures to apply, dispense or handle chemicals such as but not limited to cleaner, sealant and bonding adhesive, thereby being exposed to contact hazards.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)(iii):     The employer shall assure that each employee has been trained, as necessary, by a competent person qualified in the following areas: The nature of fall hazards in the work area; The correct procedures for erecting, maintaining, disassembling, and inspecting the fall protection systems to be used: The use and operation of guardrail systems, personal fall arrest systems, safety net systems, warning line systems, safety monitoring systems, controlled access zones, and other protection to be used.    a. At the jobsite, employees were not trained on the fall hazards of the jobsite and the use and operation of fall protection systems, thereby being exposed to fall hazards.
