29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): All pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings shall be provided with covers identified for the purpose. If metal covers are used, they shall be grounded. In completed installations, each outlet box shall have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy. Covers of outlet boxes having holes through which flexible cord pendants pass shall be provided with bushings designed for the purpose or shall have smooth, well-rounded surfaces on which the cords may bear.    a. Battery Charging Area/North Wall - On or about November 16, 2012, electrical equipment were not completely closed. The electrical equipment found not completely enclosed was the following;    1. The junction box near the floor in dock #2 was not completely enclosed, thereby exposing employees to electrical hazards.  2. The junction box for the garbage compactor 's wooden door alarm between the west wall and dock #1 was not completely enclosed, thereby exposing employees to electrical hazards.        THE EMPLOYER, HOME DEPOT, WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN THE OSHA INSPECTION # 311593586, CITATION NUMBER (2), ITEM(2), AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JUNE 15, 2010, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 22 ASHBROOK RD. KEENE, NH 03431.
